Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Leeds City Centre leeds

Just wanted to say Wow! It was Sunday drop off and Katie and Prad at the office welcomed me (I had made a mistake and thought I would have to drive to Manchester -1.45hr trip) - made it so easy.. and then offer to drive me to the station. Made a 12.05 train to London. From stress to calm they were excellent. Cheers Ben

My car was recovered by the AA, AA drove me to enterprise sheepscar leeds. The lady at the desk was very rude, she told me that you have reached the limit for a replacement car, then I phoned AA they confirmed that I was allowed a replacement car. The lady turned around said that I was rude you are not allowed to rent from enterprise ever again got a lifetime ban for just proving that I was right the manager Sam he was just as bad as her tell me that am very rude started shouting an screaming. Then I just walked away. AVOID ENTERPRISE. Thifty is allot better an cheaper. UPDATE The customer care team replied to this review and asked to email them. I emailed them it took 8 weeks for them to get back to me after sending them few emails extra asking them what are they going to do about it. What a waste of time. They are trying to look good by replying to negative feedback.

Can't find fault when I've needed a car fast they always come through for me

Rented a Qashqai yesterday and drove it home (only 1.5 miles}. Was parked on my drive overnight then it had a fault which would not let me start it when I came to use it today. Called Nissan Assistance who sent out the RAC - they arrived and were surprised and a little annoyed as the same vehicle has had this know Qashqai fault twice before in the last 4 days. OK they swapped it immediately when I was able to get it started and have the RAC follow me down to their office, as it was very close - but they said they were unaware of a problem with the car. I'm not sure that I would have returned a car and not made a complain't about this problem happening to me twice - so do I assume that the previous renter did not tell anyone at Enterprise - I find that quite difficult to believe.

Have been renting here a couple of times now, no issues whatsoever. Always friendly service and got what I booked.

Rented from here recently after a very good quote and received exceptional customer service when a health emergency forced an abrupt change of plans. Will definitely use again. Happy to recommend.

Avoid!! Do not hire a car from enterprise! Choose another rental company and don’t make the same mistake as me!! I hired a van to help me move house. When I arrived the van I had prebooked and paid for was not available. The van they offered instead was extra large and I live down a narrow Lane. They were not helpful at all and it was a case of take it or leave it. I had to move that weekend so did not have time to find another company instead so was forced to take it. As the van was too big I scraped it on my narrow Lane. When I returned the vehicle they tried to charge me £1150 excess x2 for two separate accidents (£2300 total!) because the dent affected two panels. Obviously it was only one accident as there was only one dent! Once they called the manager he agreed it should only be logged as one accident but we still had to pay £1150 excess. Don’t make the same mistake as me and avoid using enterprise!

Great customer service, friendly and pleasant staff and no quibbling about not taking extra insurance etc.

A new Enterprise site by the look of it, very, very swish - plenty of parking and promptly dealt with! Although I was only dropping the keys off for a 1-way rental to be collected. 👌
