Fantastic car hire experience with Enterprise Bradford North. They offered great customer service in collecting me from home and then upon returning the car they even offered me a lift on to my next destination! Not many other places would offer such great service. Also got an unexpected free upgrade. Would definitely hire from them again.

This place was amazing and service was very nice and very quick. The staff and specially the manager name Asif was amazing. If you need anything you should reach him because me coming from America he handled everything for me. Very nice guy and I would come again to rent from them. Thank You

Friendly, professional staff willing to help any way they can. Thoroughly enjoy dealing with them unlike taking a train which would have been the alternative if we couldn't hire a car. Highly recommend

We had amazing service from the guys here, initially they were quite pushy about buying the extra insurance and were a little condescending to me about my driving. We had a large transit van but there was a leak in the roof, they found us a replacement van at very short notice and refunded us a day's rental as well.

Great experience from start to finish, friendly and reliable pick up from my hotel and drop-off to the city centre after returning the car. Lovely car, well prepared and a great Team at the location, especially Omar and the young lady who organised the paperwork upon our return. Thank you all very much. You’re the best!

Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. Tried to scam me by accusing me of damaging a car which was damaged prior to my hire. Luckily I had photos to prove. When I collected the car from enterprise there was only 1/4 of a tank in it, which made it difficult to return with the same level, there was no coolant so the car was overheating and I had to buy some and then they tried to charge me for damage caused by someone else just shows how poorly run this business is. Take a ton of photos if you have to hire with these cowboys.

Have my hire car through Enterprise (Queens Rd) and have to say what an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with them. The staff here are so pleasant and professional. My first experience of a hire vehicle and glad it was with them!!
