We had a kitchen extension which required removing an internal wall and fitting a beam,building a new wall and re plastering etc.They carried out the work to the agreed timescale and to a very high standard.The workforce were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.They kept the disruption to a minimum and cleaned up each day. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

PJ Building services completed a beautiful 2-story extension for us, including opening up the extension into the existing kitchen, knocking through into the existing dining room, and adding a bedroom above the existing garage. I had no experience of undertaking a job like this - Paul was extremely helpful from the very start providing advice and guidance on the process & options. He came out a number of times to talk to us before the job started and was happy to provide quotes/requote following any changes. During the build, Wayne, his team & all contractors used were excellent. They were punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. Wayne kept us informed throughout the process and was happy to answer any questions. Where unforeseen changes were needed, the team responded well to ensure that issues were resolved with minimal impact to cost. Where changes were requested/needed, costs were discussed & transparent, so I was always aware of the impact on budget. Would recommend!

I employed PJB to undertake our loft conversion in August 2019 after obtaining several quotes. Selected them as their knowledge appeared superior and their price was very competitive. They did a great job. They did exactly what we agreed - works completed on time and on budget. All staff which came knew what they were supposed to be doing when and just got on with it. We have been really impressed with the high quality work of PJ Building Services. We had our conservatory removed and a single storey extension built. The whole team were fabulous. Communication from start to finish was great & all work was carried out from removal of the conservatory, to the final touches of the fitted kitchen. Would highly recommend.

PJ building services did a great job renovating of kitchen diner. They were in constant contact and any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and successfully. We are really pleased with how the work was completed and would certainly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Not a bad word to say about Wayne, Duane and the rest of the PJ Building Services Team. We were needing a chimney stack completely removing and internal walls taking out and removing. They were extremely reasonable with the price and did an amazing job. They managed to complete the work under the time initially estimated and left the house in a very good state after they left. Great communication throughout the process and will be the first number I call in the future. Would highly recommend giving them a call.

We were more than happy with Wayne and his team. Wayne managed the project and despite some minor set backs ( Covid 19 related) he overcame these obstacles and delivered expeditiously. The time frame given was 4 to 5 weeks and they wasn't far off that time.Wayne can't take all the credit though, as his lads got stuck in and did a great job. Can tell when grafters turn up as they need refuelling throughout the day ha ha. I am happy for PJs to use photographs as we are proud of the finished project. Must be awful to go to cowboys, but this firm were the opposite. Overall Honest, transparent and delivered to a very good standard.. Would recommend for all building works.
