I have just visited the BP garage and received some amazing customer service from one of your female colleagues. Stuck for cash to fill my water tank (which I was surprised to pay for anyway) she gave me 50p out of her own pocket so I can fill up. I didn't manage to get the ladies name but want to say Thank You. She is a credit to your team.

As it is a Petrol Station with a convenience store its quite busy, also has lockers for Amazon to collect parcels, so footfall for this is added on, and they take parcels in for other delivery services, they are quite good at finding your parcel easily, friendly when you speak to them, and its situated on a busy artery road into Leeds City Centre.

Garage prices are always high. You live in Britain then you know it's a given. The staff can vary, ranging from as happy as I am on pancake Day, to them having the personality of a moth. But I guess that's staff for ya. The only thing that bugs me. And it's kind of minor. You can't really line up for the cash machine. It's in an awkward place where you'd have to stand in a carpark space to wait. It's a pain but there are slight work arounds. Best bit is the subway, I live like 30 seconds up the road so dinner is always sorted.
