Have just been in Shell Canal Road, today Friday 21st of May 2021 around 4h10pm, the cashier was rude as this was not the first time I had to deal with him, this time he left me waiting to refill, he was knocking the window inappropriately to ask me to put the thing back, he then left me waiting, had to leave and go to the one in Leeds Road to put my diesel, I found him extremely rude and improfessional, I will never go there anymore since he is still there. I will get in touch with the head office to make sure he will change his attitude towards costumers.he has glasses in and look like an Arabic or North African.
