Shell leeds

This Shell petrol station has the only ATM in the area therefore I'm giving it 5* because this is an important service for the local community. Premises are clean and the petrol station or the shop are never too busy

Large open Shell garage on the upper side of Leeds on the ring road. Very close to Horsforth and easily accessible from the main road. The shop is open and airey and contains some more range than normal smaller Shell garages. Unfortunately, as per usual, Shell's pricing in their shop is far higher than encountered elsewhere. Also the pumps are close together, despite the room and as people often don't park tight enough, 1 car can sometimes block the opposing pair of pumps

Stale stock. Fake cigs and counterfeit alcohol. Talksht about customers

This place gets way too busy sometimes. Tip for diesel drivers - use pump number 1 at the edge of the forecourt it's often available when the others aren't.

Great staff lovely people

I use this garage nearly everyday for petrol cash machine or coffee but not anymore because its always beggers there to ask you for money and shout at you dont feel easy with that it surprise me that they allow beggers to beg in their forcourt even sometime with the dog

The worst. They take every opportunity to pull one over on their customers. Even regulars. They take advantage of the fact that you might be in a rush. They’ll add a tenner here and there on the sale total hoping you don’t notice. If you spot the mistake they’ll use the excuse that it was the previous customers total. The food is also mostly out of date and rebadged. They specially buy it in like that from a corrupt wholesaler dealing in out of date stock. Disgusting.

Shocking Covid safety. Two salesmen stood right next to the only entrance and exit, collaring customers as they leave trying to sell them Shell energy. Subsequently causing a back up of customers trying to leave this small shop. Do not come here if you are trying to maintain social distancing.
