Quite impressed with the launch of the new paper bags. Love them as they are they are tough, reusable & recyclable. Also they are of great size & can hold firmly a large considerable amount of groceries. Much more better alternatives to the standard plastic carrier bags & definitely will help keep a large amount of plastic out of the environment !

Convenient but not the best. Limited selection. Often sold out of things. Car parking can be tricky at peak periods but it’s walkable from a lot of Horsforth if you’re not buying too much. Sometimes good value. Love their ribs of fire! Just got to be there at the right time as they don’t seem to last long.

Wanted a cup of coffee but machine out of order and notice didn't draw attention to alternative. Ordered an eggs Benedict but no hollandaise available. Waited a literal 10 minutes for someone to appear for service at the deli. Why don't you just pack things in 2s or 3s in the first place?

The store was bright, clean and tidy and the layout of the goods on offer were good and the staff friendly and I highly recommend the store. Also I would like to add that the main street has a very good selection of shops to please all taste and places to wine and dine.

Yet again the tills are completely understaffed, one person doing the self check outs on a Saturday night, queues on the two open tills stretching across the store. Usual occurrence now, go elsewhere if you can.

I popped in for my lunch and as normal the lovely gentleman serving me was polite and friendly. I was very happy to see some new additions to the lunches too and i can't even describe how lovely the new salad bowls are. I couldn't decide so ending up buying two of them. Always clean and tidy when you come to store too.
