Morrisons leeds

Good service. I had a security tag stuck to an online item I bought from another shop. They gladly removed it for me (when I showed my receipt) and I fold the dtore easy to find what I wanted.

Nice place to shop for groceries and freshly baked bread and pie. Smiling staffs and also has a spacious parking.

Nothing special lack of choice poor selection compared to local Asda.Check out lady was very good though.

Visited Mossisons Morley today,fantastic offer on the cafe,3 sausage,egg,chips and beans at a fantastic £2.80.

Morrisons is not bad, could be better. Recently I find products in Morrisons more expensive than what I was used to and more expensive than other supermarkets. The place is nice, clean and tidy. Staff is great too.

This is usually my favourite Morrisons and have great memories with my Nan in the 70's, however not now, a gentleman was struggling with the self service and we waited for ages for someone to come, I saw a member of staff and waved to him, he shook his head and walked away. If he'd had just helped and got someone rather than being rude and having a smug look on his face. I you want to us to serve ourselves, then make sure staff are easily on hand to help.

I would avoid this Morrison's, as a lot of the staff are clueless, and have no idea how to show good customer service

Would have given 5 stars but for the fact that there seems to be no email address that in the event of dissatisfaction, you can get any sort of sensible response. Any reasonable suggestion, same again, no acknowledgement, no change. Such a shame,
