Waitrose & Partners leeds

Went in for one of the pamper gift boxes from the website, turns out they're not stocked and made to order. Thankfully, the ladies were very helpful in helping me assemble a lovely hamper that was actually much nicer than the one advertised! Special thanks to Gail in customer services for wrapping it all it looks great thanks!

Products are nicely preserved in a good temperature and dont lack any nutrients. Hence, it's completely safe and can be consumed after cooking properly.

I come here to buy fruits and sushi because their quality is great

Awful branch, the coffee machine never works, this must be the 15th time I've been when the coffee machines were broken - when I asked the manager if he'd get me a coffee from the cafe (considering I'd just spend £90 and was sick of never being able to access my free coffee) he said that was something he could just not do (wasn't prepared to do)! Not even my screaming baby, ill little boy and me trying to explain that this was an ongoing problem would persuaded him. The cafe had not customers at the till, so it would have been so simple to just fill up my cup. Waitrose have lost a customer, I will never shop there again (not just because of the coffee, because of the managers terrible attitude)

I went in today to look for Christmas party food and found nothing at all. Also if this help's the cafe is still closed. They do have lots of other variety of foods in but I just find it was poor turn out.

Excellent shop. Not as expensive as people think as long as you stick to basics. Also the expensive stuff is actually pretty good and worth buying fi and when you can afford it

Love this place. The staff are brilliant and can always help. I feel like a family member, not just a customer.

Don't normally shop here, but found the staff very helpful, nice and spacious shop. I couldn't get a lemon drizzle cake which was my main reason for going in, a bit disappointing considering it was 10.30 in the morning, otherwise would have given 5 stars.

The pinnacle of supermarket shopping, and this store in particular has an real ambience about it - always a great experience picking up groceries from here
