The pharmacy lost my prescription request, and then their automated call handling software cut me off. I called again, and spoke to Basharat. He very quickly resolved the issue for me, and made sure that the pharmacy had it within three hours. Thanks Basharat!

I was in pain and wanted to book same day appointment and they send me to pharmacy! Seriously? I don't think doctors work in pharmacy. Useless surgery. Looking for other.

Such a terrible experience!!!!!!!!! I have come from from london to have my baby in bradford. Already informed them since last 2/3 months that I’ll be moving here and they said it’s okay for me to just come in and they will register straight away. But when i came in, they said it will take time to register like a week or so and they will contact me, even after telling them that I’ve breech baby and i need to see the midwife urgently they said they will let us know tomorrow before 12pm,we called after 12pm but they said it’s not even registered yet. After i went there personally to ask again if they can do anything but they had the same answer that they are really busy and it will be done by 2/3 days without even looking at my details and documents. So i went to another Surgery and they registered me straight away and referred me to the midwife. I went back to Clarendon medical to tell him that i have registered already somewhere else and Thanked them for their service. After they heard the other surgery registered me, they sent messages saying it’s been registered. So my point is when i needed them to register they didn’t give any importance but when i said other’s has done it that’s when they took initiative. What a rubbish and careless service. Surgeries are there to give us health service not to neglect when someone need emergency care. One star is too much for them, they shouldn’t even get one star. Reallyyyyyyy poor service!!!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.... May be the worst Nurse in UK works here. Once you are there for a nurse appointment, she will tell that what she do not want to do and why you are booked with her. Later she updates this in systmonline saying the patient asked this question to the nurse. They booked my wife for whooping cough injection. Later they called over the phone and confirmed for the injection. Once in clinic, this lady asks who booked for you injection, come after 3 weeks. The most unprofessional group of people I have ever seen. But unfortunately continues with this clinic as there are no other GPs in BD1 as of now who accepts new patients. Doctor is Good. But remember that your are not going to see only the doctor in a clinic.

I've had nothing but good service here. But obviously, there is always room for improvement. What inspired me to write this is the lovely black lady on reception today. Very friendly and made me feel welcome and cared for. Being Autistic, being out and about in public on my own and interacting with people can be very daunting, but she made sure that wasn't a problem for me today.

Very polite reception/admin staff, especially the two young men that work on reception. Deal with you quick and efficent. The gps are also brilliant, refer you as and when needed with relevant rests in a matter of few days. Phone lines are quite busy but option of online booking has improved vastly. Good work guys :)

If there is any option to give negative or zero star i go for that. Today blood is coming in my cough and i am having chest pain due to cold and cough. I called two times to the surgery they are not ready to give any appointment for today and they are saying you are in waiting list we will call you. Even if I go in emergency i have to wait for at least 3 hours and I can't sit for 3 hours. My health does not allow me to sit constantly.last year my daughter had cough for 4 months i visited 3 times and every time they said it's viral it will goes automatically and my daughter suffered for 4 months such a worst medical surgery. I don't know about the doctor but receptionist never agree to give day appointment without walk in appointment.

This surgery is pathetic along with the derogatory professionalism. As a professional myself I think someone needs to check there qualifications because they don’t seem to know how to MANAGE the place this isn’t addressed towards the Doctors as we work hard. Would love to name and shame this individual but that isn’t my call. Follow the protocols and lawful guidelines instead of making the place into a little Asian hub and get credit for doing zilch. Incompetent being.

When they see you they're very helpful... Trying to get an appointment is the issue. I rarely go to the doctors, I went in HALF AN HOUR after the walk in opened and they told me all the appointments had gone. Baring in mind the walk in clinic is opened for 4 hours. I've been trying to get an appointment for 4 weeks now and now I'm just leaving. I appreciate they're busy and the receptionists are lovely and polite (except the one or two who see you standing at the window and dont bother to ask why you're there). They have great services, but again, its if you can get an appointment. Unless you threaten them (like a lot of people do) you wont get an appointment so being polite wont help. Equally, dont be rude to them, the receptionists are only doing their jobs. This isnt the first time I've struggled for months to get an appointment and it certainly wont be the last. It's only not great for people who work. If you can get there at 7:55am and stand in a queue it's alright.
