i called in at 12.25pm on Saturday 30th August 2014 and there were two ladies before me an assistant was talking to both of them and i could see a chemist working behind the high counter, the assistant then went back into the rear of the shop and after waiting some five to six minutes another lady with a pushchair struggled into the shop and waited along side of me, the assistant came back from the rear and served the lady who had just come in after me, i spoke to the two women in were both in before me and asked if they were together, they replied yes and i then asked the assistant if i could be served she responded oh i thought you were all together i said no and as i was stood a good two meters away would't that have suggested we were not, she then asked what i wanted and i told her she then replied we are closed, what i said she simply said we close at 12. 30pm what a crap service from a company that says on a notice we average serving prescriptions in 5 minutes we know your time is important. what a joke a complete lack of interest in customers there are several chemists in Pudsey thankfully keep clear of this one as i would be concerned at anything they served me with.

Rude and refused prescription multiple times (had to put my foot down on the third visit - during a lockdown and nearly out of prescription) because they got part of the surname wrong.
