I've always been treated well when going in in person, however I rang up today for help with understanding how the electronic prescription service works and was dealt with in a condescending and patronising manner

Really friendly and helpful staff.

Never a queue and an interesting range of stock in the shop. Pharmacist will often be out front which is nice.

Very friendly staff, there can be quite a wait at busy times but the staff are attentive and will offer to deliver prescriptions if you are unable to wait.

Selling old stock to customers ..plaese be careful before buying medicines as thry sold me inhaler less than a year expiry date.

Don't get your prescription from here. Nothing is ever in stock, if it's an emergency then it's tough luck, you have to then go to another chemist. Some of the pharmacists are fine but others can be quite abrupt and rude.

This is just for well pharmacy online,not thos locay. 1.deliver is very slow,wait for my medicine about 1 week, and still did not get it. And I have scabies, itching and hurting everyday, every moment. Decide not to use it any more and change a pharmacy. 2.But Jolene operator is very good.Always reply me in time.Many thanks.

Nice Chemist can be busy so check before you go. Pleasant staff and the Professionally Qualified are normally available to offer advice. SMALL EFFICIENT AND HUMAN THUMBS UP.

This pharmacy became my new local one after moving areas. It’s great as it’s literally part of the doctors so once you leave the doctors you don’t have to worry about travelling very far to find one.
