My husband just had a surgery and needs compression stocking. The staff we initially spoke with and the other 2 pharmacists were very helpful, except for the female cashier. The price shown on the register doesn’t match the price labeled on the shelf so my husband went back to the aisle to check it. While the female cashier and I were waiting at the counter, instead of being helpful to the situation, she tapped her fingers on the register machine impatiently. Then she gave us an attitude throughout the transaction. It was awful and we will write to boots UK about this experience.

Staff were very helpful about why the meds weren't available but when they would be in.

The staff here are really helpful and despite it being a national brand it feels like you are dealing with a community chemist. Please do bear in mind that the car parks can get really busy here as it appears people park here and go elsewhere - pick your time and maybe use the drive through if you don't need to go in store?

Only 4 stars for me .This Boots has a drive thru which is great but when busy everybody holds everybody up due to its cramped location . It was very busy being a weekend and I had to turn into the car park and turn left across the front of store . I found one disabled parking bay and had to turn my car around in the drive thru lane(which is the only way you can) and hold everybody up whilst I did so ,! For me the bays a bit tight . Most people were going in on foot having parked up , but it was too busy for me in a big wheelchair ,so a member of my family went in for me .The door is adjacent to the parking bay and access is flat and level .Staff are great I'm told but I decided to shop in the week as when coming back out there is one exit onto a busy A65 roundabout and you may have to wait a while

Good shop, smaller selection of items. Good for collecting parcels as decent parking available.

Your max factor make-up range is very small and lacks darker shades of foundation in the radiant lift range eg. no.86. I always have to travel to a different pharmacy to buy it. It has so much space in tge guiseley boots store but less choice.
