Nice staff, but I always wait for ages!

Although convenient, seems understaffed - delivery of prescriptions is often haphazard / delayed, meaning collection in person is necessary to ensure you don't run out of medication.

Constantly and consistently, they continue to mess up on my prescriptions.

Could the people who work here care less? They literally made me wait 25 minutes to tell me they didn't have the medicine I was prescribed. I came back the next day and they gave me out of date medicine. I told my doctor and he said they have received multiple complaints from patients about this pharmacy.

They gave me out of date pills and refused a refund after I showed them the expiry date. Their service is disgusting

What a painfully rude experience. I just spoke to a young woman who was very abrupt, dismissive and unhelpful, bordering on aggressive. The staff seem to do everything within their power to avoid giving people the necessary prescriptions. They say your prescription won't be ready until tomorrow/next week and then quickly change tune when they're told that the GP has ordered this medication to be dispensed immediately. I really don't understand. You would think people are forced to work here and that the prescriptions are their precious firstborn child they are being forced to hand over. I would rather trek through the desert for some propranolol than subject myself to the Well Pharmacy venomous attitude again.

Nice staff and helpful staff, but major issues with the 'text when ready service', I never get one (despite being on the system) and still have to call to check if my prescription is ready. I have told them but nothing has been done.

Absolutely Poor Service No Doubt!!!
