it says they open 7am but they never answer the phone, im a regular with them still they never seem to have medication in stock youve got to give notice and then they order, but if someones a regular they should stock there medication up

Called up to enquire about some medication, first person I spoke to was practically clueless, didn’t even know what day of the week it was. Passed on to another person who had so much it was unbelievable! You’re there to help customers so do your job! Definitely not coming back here and would recommend everyone else to avoid too!

I have used this pharmacy for some time now and I have found the service including the deli every service very efficient. The pharmacist and staff and all the staff are all very attentive, helpful and always provide a service with a smile!

Good service but not a good place to have passport photos taken I usually get them done here for years but on this occasion the photos were not adequate and I had to use the online service. My advice is to do online i wasn't a satisfied customer here

Needed important medication for a family member, staff were putting shutters down as I had got there after closing time. Staff were extremely helpful and nice, they opened up the shop to serve me. No-one seems to do that these days. Recommend all my family and friends to come here, cannot thank them enough!

Needed an important medication and google says they are open on a Sunday so asked the gp to send the prescription there. Went to collect it and it was closed on the Sunday! Had to wait until Monday the next day when I was finally able to pick it up although they didn't have the full supply of a common medication! So simple to update your Google hours why don't u do it

On Google they wrote opening time 7am when I went 8:15 am pharmacy was closed management need to update pharmacy opening and closing time.

The pharmacy is brilliant,the advice the pharmacist gives is always genuine and you always feel like you are being cared for.The pharmacist is so lovely an amazing guy,The staff are so kind and patient and without any doubt are always smiling.The service they provide is above and beyond.Keep up the good work guys,your doing amazing!
