Boots leeds

My wife wanted a specific eye cream that had just come out. Louise, assistant store manager, went out of her way to find said item. Told us it was on special offer, so we could buy two for the price of one!! Eventually, after much searching, she found the items as they had just come into store. That is proper customer service. Well done that girl, bravo !!

Went in last night for a mascara didn't have what I wanted in the right colour, lovely assistant I believe called Francesca was so helpful and ordered it for me. Arrived this morning. Great customer service

I always buy my perfumes from here! I think for me personally the medicine side is slightly expensive..there are the same or the equivalents in other local stores. Apart from that staff are really helpful

Boots overall are good, a bit pricey on some products but generally a good store. The Birstall store itself is quite big, staff are friendly and I usually find what I need there. It can become extremely busy during school holidays so I tend to avoid the retail park then..

Tried three different branches and all were not well stocked up with no7 skin and body care, otherwise would have scored higher. Not many staff about to ask for help. The ones that were available were very busy, but did help me to the best of their knowledge. Having said that I will go back as I do like No7, especially 3 for 2.
