Worst experience I've ever had. I bought a green eyeliner from here and the packaging was slightly ripped at the top but it was the only one left so I bought it. The man serving me couldn't scan the barcode on it because it was slightly crumpled so he pulled at it and ended up taking the lid off. I watched him look at it and he popped it back on as if nothing was wrong. Of course I didn't know at the time it was completely broken and there was no product left inside so when I came back to return it just 30 minutes later they spent fifteen minutes telling me I couldn't return it despite the fact I didn't know it was broken and the man serving me clearly did. I came out of the shop crying because of these extremely rude and unjust people.

A member of staff took the wrapping off the eyeliner my daughter was purchasing to read the barcode. After she left the shop, she opened the eyeliner to find it was so damaged it was unusable. When she returned that day they would not refund or exchange because the wrapper had been taken off. Obviously we wouldn't have been able to tell if the eyeliner was damaged prior to opening or we wouldn't have purchased it. Apart from the lack of intelligence demonstrated by the staff, we were also subject to some abuse while trying to explain the situation. Poor performance by your employees superdrug.
