Says it shuts at 11pm, went in at 10.50pm with an urgent prescription given by an out of ours doctor appointment to be told they were closed. I explained how it was urgent and that they technically still had 10 minutes till closing but was told again they were closed. Now have to suffer until the morning when it would have taken a matter of minutes to sort out! Appalling attitude towards customers and no care or compassion what so ever!.

Rang the shop to speak to the Pharmacist.. explained that having taken new medicine on a empty stomach my 90 year old mother was vomiting..I asked if the meds would still be in her body as was eager to start her cure for pneumonia..At no point did he tell me we shouldn't take another dose..he was wrong,as you haven't to take more if you vomit..he also hung up the phone without ending the conversation.

I get my drugs in trays as it is very important to monitor if taken or not. But on two occasions within a month my drugs where dispensed with one of the main drugs missing. This could have been serious if I had not had not spares. After the first occasion I was told safeguards had been put into place and it would not happen again. So when it did happen again decided to move. Shame as it has good opening hours
