My wife has just returned home after waiting over an hour for a prescription, no explanation or apology for the wait, this is not the first time this has happened, it's just not acceptable!

Terrible service Staff too busy chatting and laughing loudly in the back 6 customers waiting and no one came out A lady asked is any one serving then finally someone came out Couldn't wait any longer so left without buying anything

Such a bad customer service and there is a pharmcest lady her behaviour is so bad and she was asking me why you taking this medicine it's not good for you because you are too young for, doctor prescribed me those medicines who is she asking such questions rudly n she took so long to give medicines that was my first time in this pharmacy n such a immature behavior. I'm so disappointed with this pharmacy customer service.

Staff are disinterested, even when they're not busy, they take ages to come out from the back to serve customers and when they finally do they're not very polite or welcoming! Definitely need training in manners and customer service!

Easy access, good parking available, well signed with Covid instructions, restricted customer numbers allowed instore due to current restrictions otherwise this would be 5☆. Sanitiser Station just by the entrance. Extremely polite & accommodating staff who can explain medication details. Good opening times up to 6:15pm, check first!

Walking into this pharmacy is like walking into a 1970s comedy show!! But more often than not I walk out not laughing ! Time after time prescriptions are not ready, often weeks at a time in wait They often try to evict you if you unfortunately have to get their within 15 mins of closing ! More often than not stood outside for an hour before ! Then the good old excuse comes out "we have not received it " "We don't know nothing about it " Well your system says its here as does my phone and email message !! Its an establishment that people need to literally keep alive! But run like faulty towers !!! Its a shocking example of of how not to run a pharmacy If you ever have approx 1 hour to waste then come here They will certainly help you

Staff are incredibly rude - I’m told to ring the phone number to get my number changed - tried from 8am until 2pm and nobody answers - also very rudely demanding you “stand behind the lines” but look at you like you’ve got 5 heads when it comes to payment and they want u to go within the lines?? Absolute abomination of a pharmacy - shambles of a doctors tbh - taking new people on when cannot even service the ones they’ve already got - big shout out to Kathy the nurse though she’s the only reason I don’t go to another #MVP.
