28/08/2021 both COCO CHANNEL PERFUME. When I get back home my boyfriend just smells it once and get shocked it’s not nice smell at all. Get back to the Town (Boots) same day and lovely Manager agree to switch it with other perfume. Really happy with customer service 👌👍Thank you.

The pharmacy staff take ages to sort out medicines go to Super drugs is cheaper and Body care cheaper then Super drugs. The Super drugs one in Merrion Centre is much better. Over priced, can take time to find stuff. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good choice of products.

In store in pretty good enjoy shopping here. If I was too constructive criticism I would say the staff need to be trained with dealing with customers on the phone.. not the most professional of customers service.

Fantastic boots, huge and has everything! Lots of make up stands. Good points system. No parking. Lots of tills and has opticians upstairs.

The store itself is huge and I didn't realise it hosted so many different high end cosmetic brands! My local boots is small, and walking into this beach was like a kid in a candy shop! Didn't know which counter to run to first. A member of staff noticed me looking confused and sorted me out with a colour match. When I asked a question regarding makeup for my skin type, he was honest and didn't try to push more products on me, instead gave me advice on prepping with skin care.
