Boots leeds

Some staff are polite, some don’t seem to speak to customers. Often feel rushed when paying for items, can be busy sometimes. But good for convenience when getting lunch for work at the station. Some things expensive.

Visited this store today, spoke to pharmacist, found his customer service skills left a lot to be desired, also observed this was the case with the customer prior to myself, would not choose to use this pharmacy again.

Very friendly staff and excellent service!

Its Boots? Not much to say It has a wide range of products from baby clothes to hair dryers As well as a helpful Pharmacy

Staff at train station boots are brilliant and they always say hello and goodbye and happy to help you with whatever you need. They are a excellent service and much appreciated 👍 thanks.

Great shop and great staff, but I'd love to be sure of opening times. They are not visible anywhere on website or on maps, etc.

The pharmacists are quite nice, but this happened for the third time now where I'd call and get confirmation that my medication is ready for pick up only to be told that it's not when i actually go to the store! What a shame

Very easy, but a little busy.

Fantastic pharmacist (the tall/big young man) on duty today's evening. Helped me with a complex query which I was worried I couldn't get any help for being a Sunday evening. Thank you! The shop was also good in general!
