Here again, I really enjoy this hotel. Unlike other chain hotels, it still retains its personal service. In particular the staff in the restaurant, attentively pleasant and efficient. it's a pity I could not give the restaurant staff a tip for their excellent service on my bill. Not all of us carry cash. Lovely room, nice food, excellent service. Well done Novotel Leeds. Thank you

Comfortable and convenient for the city centre. We enjoyed the breakfast, with a good choice, including Buck's Fizz. Limited basement parking, but there's not a lot of room for large cars to maneouvre down there. There's a big public car park very close by.

Nice hotel in the financial district of Leeds city centre. About 10 minute walk from Train station. Check-in and check-out staff are quick and polite. Food and drink service at the bar likewise and tasty. Nice cider. Rooms are modern and clean with lovely bed. Toilets weren't 100% as a bit smelly. Breakfast was nice apart from running out of certain food and drinks for the customers to remind them to top up.

Currently staying here and coughing my lungs out. No idea what material they’re using to clean their sheets or is it the dust. Not happy.

Really liked this hotel. We stayed in one of the executive rooms, which was very nice. Bed was king sized and very comfortable. Very large television. Great water pressure for shower. The bar downstairs was also particularly nice.

A really nice hotel. Staff are friendly and you’re greeted with smiles. The rooms are modern and clean. A Bluetooth Bose speaker is a lovely touch to the room, and the amenities provided were excellent. The shower could have been more powerful, but other than that I can’t really fault the place. Breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted nice. And the bar served amazing cocktails. I would definitely recommend this place, and will be back in the future.

The food was subline! We had a 3 course dinner in the restaurant for 12 people and every single one was delivered on time. The presentation and taste of all three courses was beautiful! The customer service was friendly and prompt too. We also had a meeting room upstairs which was great to use for our presentations, and great provision for refreshments and breakfast provided for the meetings too.
