Morley Taxis leeds

Just seen one driver in a blue car/mini bus Morley car stickers on doing well over 40 in 20 zone on peel street dangerous driving could of killed someone called them and spoke to women and got told it not ours.then put on hold and Then oh he's not working today but I'll tell management. So be careful as using cars/mini buses in own time doing double speed limits wouldn't recommend

Disgusting service! Very rude receptionist. We ordered a taxi for 5 and a taxi for 4 arrived. We rang to see what was happening, we were told we ordered a taxi for 4 and they would not send one for 5. When we questioned this we were told we could listen to the recorded call if there was a problem. When we asked to listen to the call we were told to stop wasting their time and get a taxi elsewhere. Use at your own risk.

We use this company all the time. Booked a taxi on news years eve before midnight. We always prebook. We were not advised of the extortionate rate we would be charged for the taxi. It was £6 more than our usual cost for the same journey. The taxi driver didn’t say about the increased rate either. Won’t be using them again. We used Amber cars on the way back and was only charged £1 extra and was advised there would be an increase cost, this was after midnight. What I don’t understand is why on their busiest night of the year they need to increase the rates.

Pre ordered a taxi in the morning for 6:55 in the evening.... 25 past 7 and it's still not here. This is a company that does not adhere to bookings. Avoid.

Absolutely terrible service. Woman on phone extremely rude. Didn't send a taxi. Each time we phoned was given another time and location of the taxi that was due to pick up. One eventually turned up on the road and turned around and drove off!! When phoned the office was given abuse by the operator!

Was held up on coach, driver kept trying 3 times to find me before success. Very impressed with perseverance of driver. Thank you.

Used this company for years. Never had a problem. Low fares and well organised.

I booked at Taxi for 5:45am 16 hours in advance. The driver was 20 mins late. Turns out no driver had even been dispatched and the office had to call to get him out of bed to come and get me. I was told because i live “out of the way” its not an appealing job for the drivers so no one showed up?! At that time on a morning its probably a 6 min drive from the taxi office 🤷🏻‍♂️ I was then asked if i drive and it was recommended that next time i should drive to the train station rather than get a taxi if im going so early! 😂 Thankfully the drive who came did manage to get me to the station in time (just)! These lot are complete jokers! Id recommend walking / roller skates / cartwheeling instead of pre-booking when you have a train to catch!

I have been using Morley Cars for Part 3 and half years for all my journeys. I have never had any issues great service and friendly drivers.
