My thanks and praise must go to Hannah at Guiseley Carphone Warehouse for her calm, helpful and informative way she helped me transfer over from my very unhelpful Virgin network that l was with. Transfer over took much less than 24 hours as l was keeping my own number, which was all swopped while in store !!! Despite seeing the poor review about ID network from someone, at the moment all seems well and Hannah did say pop back if any problems crop up... Well impressed with your help.

Called to sort my iphone 6 not working. They were brilliant, helpful and knowledgeable. They suggested a factory reset and it worked. Re installed from icloud and now working perfectly.

Great place to shop and friendly and professional staff.

Ordered and paid for online to avoid contact. Pointless I had to touch an iPad. hand my card to the salesperson twice use the keypad and was offered a paper receipt. I won't be using there service again
