Pros: Reasonable prices on most things Good central location - very accessible if like me you don't drive Recent refit so not as dingy as it once was Huge basement car park Queues move quickly, lots of self-service tills if you've only a handful of items Friendly staff (apparently Morrisons are one of the best for working conditions) Cons: Taxi pick-up area is downstairs, by the car park entrance and can be utterly chaotic Not always great at keeping the shelves stocked - can be hit and miss Very popular with students which can mean large groups of people blocking aisles. Avoid at all costs during Fresher's Week. They don't seem to handle the food very carefully - damaged / open can be an issue so check it before putting it in your trolley!

Really good prices and the self-service line is always really quick due to the amount of machines. I always do my shopping here. It may be very crowded on certain days due to it being a main shopping area in the city centre, but that's completely understandable under those circumstances. I've never noticed anything that screams "run-down". And for that deserves 5 stars

For one of the smaller stores it is well stocked with a good variety of foods both fresh and non fresh. Always good offers on. Also has brilliant reductions for meat and fish.

Good mid-price supermarket with a broad range of goods including homewares & some clothing. Normally well-staffed with helpful friendly people. Due to its city centre location & proximity to offices & universities it is very busy from lunchtime to early evening but there are a number of self-serve tills and express aisles.

Probably the best Morrisons of them all, with lower priced products found here than our local store in Wetherby. With many city students shopping here, it is a bargain store with lots of dropped prices and wider variety. It is also cheaper on the wallet.

The car parking is not clearly sign posted. The ticket machine does not work properly. Subject to a fine of £50.

Cracking shop. Butcher's. Grocers. Pizza, yellow food, lots and lots more. And it will be there again next time There's nothing to dislike about it

The food at their Market Street Kitchen is excellent and can provide good value for money. HOWEVER, there is a massive inconsistency with their pricing structure - sometimes I'm paying £3.20, £5 or over £7 for the same order at the bird and baste. The staff themselves don't really know what they're doing sometimes and this can cause a lot of confusion and slow the process down. I think they need better training and an area manager who can implement a certain standard that is being met at other locations.

Love the chicken wings and very happy that morrisons now get their chicken wings with the wing tips (hands) still on!!! Will definitely be coming back for more chicken wings

Nice super market. Plenty of food items available. Nice staff and situated into the heart of the city center.
