So friendly and professional, I have a huge phobia of the dentist and had to have a tooth extraction recently--I can not thank James and his team enough for how kind they were and how much they helped me through it. Each time I've been the level of service is faultless, couldn't ask for more.

Always excellent service. The staff are all really pleasant and friendly. Teresa gives the most pain free and comfortable fillings I have ever had. Keep up the good work.

I don't think anyone particularly likes going to the dentist but when you are grated with kind and friendly staff it makes all the difference. At Blossom Street practice my dentist in competant and reassuring as well as taking a genuine interest in my health and life. All this paired with the calming and informed approach helps to make my dentist experience easy peasy and feeling in trusted hands.

My friend made an emergency appointment and we arrived to be told we had missed it and it had been an hour earlier. As my friend was certain of the time, we challenged this and they said they would check the phone record. the receptionist listened to the recording, not offering to let us hear it, giggled repeatedly throughout it and then told us we had definitely misheard and so our money couldn't be refunded and we would have to call again the next day. The next day I called to book her an appointment, and then as we were on our way there we got a phone call saying the doctor was 'running late' and so our appointment was being moved back 4 hours. In what world is this an acceptable way to treat a customer, and is what world does a dentist running late warrant completely changing the appointment time. Were it not an emergency we would not have gone, and we will certainly not be going back.

This is a great dental surgery, but as per a previous post the reception does let them down. On my very first appointment being forgotten and sat in the waiting room for two hours before seeing the dentist. Trying to book the hygienist to be told there is a two month waiting list, but on the day of my dental appointment the hygienist is free and appointment available. Coming down from seeing the dentist, paying for treatment upfront, and then having to tell the reception that I was seeing the hygienist for them to dispute this, and after eventually looking at the computer seeing that I was, and bluntly telling me to 'Go sit in the waiting room'. I hadn't even sat down when I was called back through to the hygienist.

Having been a client of Blossom Dental care for many years I have always received excellent and caring service. They have also done an excellent job during the pandemic, making sure I was kept safe during my check ups and treatments. Thank you to all staff.

Excellent dentists and staff, all very professional, helpful and friendly. Never in a hurry and give you time to ask questions. No question is too much or silly. Highly recommended

I've always had a good experience here. I've had two dental implants, which have been successful. Staff are always friendly, helpful and well informed. Whilst I am a little scared of the Dentist, I always found James Harrison put me at ease and he made a point of explaining what was happening each step of the way. As James has now specialised within the business, I am with another Dentist at the practice who seems to be very nice. I have no plans to change Dentist as Blossom Dental Care suits me well.

I have been with Blossom for about 6 years now. Their Dental and Hygienist skill are excellent and all the staff are very professional. Their advice is always practical and helpful, which I find very reassuring as I really don't like going to the dentist (bad experiences when I was young!).

I've just finished my invisalign treatment at Blossom Dental Care and I am incredibly pleased with the result. I would wholeheartedly recommend Blossom Dental Care to anybody considering having their teeth straightened. The clinic is lovely and the treatment coordination team are all very caring and professional - nothing is too much trouble.
