Fantastic customer service by Joe at the Birkenhead Johnsons Cleaners. I arrived very close to the closing time and she still provided a great timely service and stayed a bit late so that my laundry could be done. Joe was really friendly and approachable - good knowledge about the services provided.

Very helpful and professional. Went above and beyond when Amazon had messed up.
