Cute little lounge with a wide variety of seating. Just wish there was as much variety with the food as it’s very carb heavy. Coffee is good quality!

Quite small yet descriptively spacious. On the first floor with easy access. Staff always polite and helpful yet not intrusive or overbearing. A sufficiency of hot and cold drinks plus newspapers and other reading material helps to pass waiting time comfortably.

I was hoping for a quiet, pleasant space to wait for my train. I was greeted with 3 flights of dirty, paint splattered stairs, just what you want with your suitcase. The lounge had a group of network rail and virgin staff being very loud and annoying. I know rail staff get paid enough to be going everywhere first class. But I'm guessing they were freeloaders. Always the same with virgin first class. There's always a noisy group of them on the train, or their noisy family who seem to always go first class. It also smells of smoke in here. The noisy group left a couple of minutes before I did. Once they left I could appreciate the lounge is nicely decorated, a bit quirky. Looked like there were plenty of refreshments.
