I went to Barbara Daley, Hardman Street today for a colour, cut and blow, to rescue my hair from previous bad colour and cut (by another hairdresser). Barbara personally oversaw my treatment with Carla. I have never had such a thorough consultation and such a professional, personal treatment. Barbara is a perfectionist and this is great for us customers. I am extremely happy with my hair and will definitely be returning as a regular customer. You get what you pay for and Barbara Daley aims for perfection, style and class. All staff were very pleasant, professional and courteous at all times. Great customer service, second to none within a lovely salon.

Superb cutting, styling and colouring. Wonderful friendly stylist and staff and a beautiful bijou salon in the new building in Hardman Yard. Very special indeed!

The best salon in the city. Treated my girlfriend to a surprise for her birthday and she loves her new look. Customer service was outstanding and the stylists there really know what they're doing. Can't recommend it more highly

Barbara, Andrea and the whole team are fab! They had a huge challenge on their hands after another hairdresser had done some terrible colour work and I ended up with seemingly orange-ish blonde hair - not at all what I asked for! Between both Barbara and Andrea they came up with a solution, as well as giving my hair a new style. They quickly understood my personality and honestly, this is THE best haircut I've ever had, my hair style just goes with my lifestyle and me, and the colour looks SOOO much better! My mum also went to them needing a new style and some colour work, her hair cut and colour is SO good, she is super happy with it and it looks so gorgeous, the colour work is truely outstanding. We will both be using Barbara Daley Hair from now on, incredible service and work! Plus the salon itself is absolutely beautiful and in a lovely little known corner of Liverpool.

I was here in October 2019 with my friend who was using a salon for the first time in several years due to Neurodivergence. This was explained ahead of time and some simple requests were made. On the day we did not get the things that were requested and the receptionist was incredibly rude to each of us and demanding which made the experience harder for us, including suggesting we go to a different salon and told to leave and come back multiple times. It also made things harder for the hairdresser who eventually decided she couldn't work with us after already meeting and agreeing that she would. Had the simple requests been granted or if we had been given the option to come back on a different day then this all would have been avoided, instead my friend was left feeling worse off than when she entered with her neurodivergence being treated as a problem. Barbara spoke to us directly but ignored my friend almost entirely and the situation wasn't resolved and we both left feeling very unhappy. My friend left a review of her own a long time ago but that has been hidden despite not breaking any of the google review rules which is why I am making this review now.
