Office staff are very friendly professional and polite. Yard personnel are friendly polite happy to help and execute all operations with professional and safe Manor. havent seen any rats considering rats outnumber humans I haven't seen any. There is no smell although you would expect it as they do store a lot of refined fats. Yard is very clean with respect to what they store there is no liquids spilt or rubbish anywhere in fact it's one of the cleanest sites I have been on in a long while. some nice views accross the water can be viewed from here as well. Mixed in with the wildlife that lives along the dock.
