Great Dental Practice. Very friendly staff

The staff is very friendly. I had had a root canal before at a very swanky Liverpool private dentist--it was the worst pain I'd ever experienced in my life!! Today I went for a root canal at this dental practice. Imagine my trepidation at having another experience like that! Lucky for me it wasn't like that at all! Not one bit of pain and it was over before I knew it. I HIGHLY recommend this practice.

I'm absolutely disgusted with your lack of customer service? Please check my records and let me know when you referred me to Arrowe Park Hospital in order to remove roots. I've paid you twice for extractions which haven't been completed correctly! I am now suffering my second set of abscesses and I'm livid. I've also never receive reminders of check ups! I've been informed my your receptionist that I have missed an appointment. That's not true, I have never been given an appointment for six monthly check up. I'd also like to inform your admin staff that because they wear white coats ' doesn't give them the rite to treat all customer's as if they are thick'? I find their attitude insulting. I have a BSc (Hons) in Biology and I've worked for a Pharmaceutical company working on swabbing employees in order to make sure that personnel are Pathogen free. I know more about the spread bacteria and viruses than any member of your administration staff. Please contact me privately in order to let me know when my next check up is and the date that I was referred to Arrowe Park hospital by female dentist who carried out my last emergency extraction! I had to contact you on line in order to get an appointment? I did ring and ring and was fobbed off by 'Covid rubbish'. I'd like to be sent the date of my registration with any charges made by you for any treatment provided by your Surgery? Id also like so called copies of 6 monthly reminders for treatment!
