I reluctantly made an appointment at this dentist after my friend Margaret recommended it to me.I have to say through previous dental treatment I have had I was very scared and worried about attending,however from the moment I entered I was put at ease by the friendly staff. I then went into the dentist room to be met by Kevin who put me at ease and took time to understand the fear I had.He was amazing all throughout. I have attended a second time to have my teeth cleaned and polished by Nathan who was also lovely and took time to put me at ease.I was so pleased with my experience. I can't believe that my fear of dentist has disappeared and am looking forward to my next appointment in January 2019.I recommend people who are nervous of dentist to make an appointment and undergo the marvellous experience I had.

Great, professionally run practice. The standard of treatment is excellent and staff are always friendly and inviting. I just had a wisdom tooth out in seconds with no pain!

The Team at One20 Dental Surgery on Queens Drive are a real treat to deal with. From someone who has not been the dentist for over 6 years, their ultra polite, friendly and positive attitude would put anyone at ease and certainly helped me. I needed to talk through a few issues I had with my teeth, Kevin (the Dentist) is the ultimate in professionalism with a very kind & caring disposition. He gave me an update on my current situation, what he proposed for further treatment and advice on how to look after my teeth and gums going forward. Harley was super efficient in explaining my administration process & registering me on my dental plan, nothing was any trouble to her. Nathan the hygienist, again ultra polite & friendly and kept me informed on what he was doing in treating my teeth. All the technicians & the office staff are so upbeat and this clearly shows they love what they do. I would recommend this Dentist Surgery to anyone, they certainly know how to look after their clients.

Having been to a number of different dental practices over the years One20 Dental really stands out. Kevin, Mollie and the rest of the team are not only professional and knowledgeable in their fields but they are also welcoming and deliver the highest possible service at all times. The level of care the team provides is brilliant especially during a pandemic and could not recommend them highly enough.

After moving to Liverpool just last year, I hadn’t managed to sign up to a dentist yet. I wanted to book a Hygienist appointment so I rang around and these guys were so lovely and accommodating. Got an appointment for the same day and Nathan did an amazing job. All the staff were so friendly and professional. I’ll be coming back in the near future for all my dental needs.
