Wanted to purchase a smart watch whilst being in york outlet. Heard a lot of good things about Fossil Brand so wanted to take a better look at there watches. I own a samsung Gear S3 Frontier, but i wanted something not as bulky. This store seriously let me down. each of there watches out on display for demos were all flat, i went from one watch to the other to be told each time the battery was flat. Fair to say that the only thing i learnt about Fossil brand that day was, it was a let down.

Courteous - helpful staff & my wife bought a bag that was 'just right'. Great watches & had to stop myself buying one, or two. Shame 😊

I do like fossil items, I bought a tapestry type bag from here a few years ago, it didn't last long at all as it frayed to practically nothing. I loved that bag too. But I dare say other bags in store are more servicable. I guess I was just unlucky, afterall it is an outlet store. I must've picked the wrong type of bag, but it was the colours I went for.
