When I said no and asked for a new one, the girl serving me said they only sell the display models. Sorry H Samuel, but if I want to buy a figurine, then please give me a non display, brand new in the box one please

Went into Hsamuel today Debbie one of the lovely staff members assisted me and helped me try on some rings. She was very welcoming. The shop was very nice and clean. I did purchase a lovely ring and got insurance too as she explained to me all the benefits that came with it. Can't wait to get my new ring. Thank you Debbie for all your help today I left with such a big smile on my face 🤩
