Beaverbrooks is located in the Pyramids Shopping Centre in Birkenhead.Parking is available close by offering wheelchair access. Beaverbrooks had a good choice of jewellery including rings necklaces earrings bracelets and bangles to name a few.My favourite is the watch section which has several of the top brands including Raymond Weil Gucci Emporio Armani.Staff are friendly knowledgeable and welcoming even if you are just looking at the merchandise. Staff look smart in their uniforms. The shop looks immaculate and merchandise is displayed in glass cabinets. Jewellery is available to purchase at various prices depending on how much you want to spend. I would like to see Rado watches on display as I know they are available in your Liverpool store. Beaverbrooks is well worth my 5* review in my opinion but don't just take my word for it call in and see for yourself.

I have bought a few different pieces from this store over time and have always gone back to Sarah as her customer service is outstanding, she is polite, well manored and very knowledgeable about each piece we look at and most of all we never feel rushed, she is an asset to your company and we look forward to our next visit.

I go there regularly for jewellery and all the staff are so lovely and kind, always so ready to help and have a nice chat! Usually we always get seen by the same woman I wish i asked her name, long-ish dark blonde hair but she’s always so fabulous whenever i’m in, always a good experience
