What absolutely lovely staff. The two ladies who served me today were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, it was a real pleasure to buy boots in the Liverpool store today. The shop has a really happy and inviting atmosphere, despite being busy, every customer got smiles, were seen to efficiently and with care. I will be picking up 2 more pairs on Friday and will be recommending to everyone.

They have a wide variety of styles. Love this store, always look for a Pavers shoe store when traveling around England.

I called in here on the off chance of finding some comfortable walking shoes in the sale. I have terribly painful feet and really struggle to find anything that doesn't hurt. I was being attended to by a young assistant who had huge patience with me as I tried and rejected countless pairs. At this point I became overwhelmed and ended up in tears. Another lady came to help and she discovered the reason for my discomfort was extremely flat feet and fallen arches which were also causing hip and knee pain. On her recommendation I ended up purchasing some shoes with extra built up insoles. They are taking some getting used to but already my hip pain is easing. I can't thank the two assistants enough. I am nearly 70 years old and this is the first time in my life my walking issues have been addressed 🙂
