Exceptional service... When my mum lost a diamond from her ring, bought for her by my dad (sadly no longer with us) for their golden wedding, Chapelle sent it off to be repaired. A few weeks later, I got a phonecall from Joanna to say it couldn't be repaired but she would contact head office. What transpired blew both me and my mum away... They were happy to replace her ring! WOW... Tears all round, including Joanna. I can't thank them enough or praise them highly enough... In this day and age it is rare to come across a store and its staff that offers such an exceptional level of service... You made my mums day. Thank you so very much ❤️
