Overall a nice gym, howether I wouldn't go back. The trainer seemed nice, had one Muay Thai lesson, and I wasn't satisfied, as in my previous sessions in other places. Trainer didn't point out keys to improve or payed much attention to students. No pad work with the trainers. Haven't seen any punch bags to train your kicks and whatnot. The gloves where shredded and need replacement ; they haven't provided any hand wraps either before putting gloves on.
