Nice apartments , just depends on which building you are in . The one I was in had been built with timber framing and timber floors , so I could hear and feel every step that my upstairs neighbour made . When fountains are not on , you can hear TVs from other side of pond .

OK if your planning a short rental for a couple but no more than two!! They are tiny to live in like boxes to be fair Rent's are also high considering the size and what they offer!! Not for me ;( stick with a traditional house ;)
