Doesn't open on a Saturday which makes it difficult for me to pay money in because I am at work during the week. Doesn't have an external paying in machine for personal customers which would then solve that issue, has one for business customers but not personal. On the rare occasion I have been able to pop in during a break, if the paying in machine doesn't work and I have to pay over the counter, filling in the slip is time consuming, other banks let you just give cash and your card to pay in and job done. Seems a little outdated compared to other branches, I used to work in Preston and that branch was fabulous.
