Visiting lovely city Liverpool with my daughter for her birthday I needed a haircut desperately. Booked appointment with the castle st salon. The whole experience from entering the salon to having my hair washed and cut to leaving was so welcoming and friendly. I’m so pleased with the cut of my hair . Would definitely recommend

Carla is amazing. In 52 years - and I cannot state this enough - she's the only person who's been able to turn my wild alpaca hair into something edgy and cool. A statue should go up in her honour. All the staff at this salon are polite, helpful and full of smiles. 10/10 would deffo recommend.

First visited this salon in May this year and every experience I have had has been excellent. David is great at cutting and colouring my short hair and always listens to what I would like and advises accordingly. I have always received excellent friendly customer service, even if my appointment has been slightly delayed due to a previous client I am always informed and made to feel valued as a customer. Everyone I know comments on the improvement in my style and colour since I have been seeing David and I get lots of compliments. The fact I can make appointments on a Sunday is a huge bonus for me, and even though Covid transmission safety measures are still in place, it hasn't dampened my experience and I always enjoy having my hair done. Highly recommend.
