Although the doctor was amazing the whole experience was tainted by the unhelpful and rude reception

Although the doctor was amazing the whole experience was tainted by the unhelpful and rude receptionist. As a person who also works with the general public I feel you should be kind and approachable not ignorant and unwilling to help. Front of house staff are the first point of contact and I believe she is an awful representative for your business.
