This company will you rip you off. Send you letters pretending to GOV and also Hannah (The automated voice person) is the manager of the company. She will answer when you want to buy mortgages or what ever but apparently won't answer the same phone in the same building. She is a cock and thinks she's better than general public

Ugly building

wrong number (0843 ********) was shown, not genuine HMRC 0300 number so the negative comments about the unscrupulous firms / individuals using their own (rip off) numbers to rob people wanting HMRC staff.

Unhelpful, not interested in telling truth they have the stuff you attitude been owned a tax rebate now for 3 months.David ritchards. Is the most obnoxious person in that office. Asked to speak to supervisor but convenient there wasn't one available. How can these people say they work for government with the attitude they have towards the public??? It's criminal how they can get away with it
