Impossible to speak to any one , just keep getting transferred to other numbers , which are all auto

Impossible to speak to any one , just keep getting transferred to other numbers , which are all automated chat lines ,quick enough sending out warrants for non payments,,took me over a hour last time too speak to some one and they couldint help because not there department joke
