Very very good service. I live abroad and generally speaking sorting things out via post across boarders is never fast! I applied on Sunday sent my old passport on Monday, the following Thursday I received my new passport. One element that I especially liked was that I was informed of my passports progress constantly. Very very good! Well done and a big thank you to all involved!☺

I left a bad review 2 years ago when the passport office took over 5 months to issue my daughters passport. 5 years ago they took 4 months to issue my son's passport. I just applied and received my newborn daughters passport within a week, I was expecting the worst, and they were phenomenally fast, much quicker than expected, really hassle free and efficient. Things have obviously changed from a few years ago and I applaud the passport office for their excellent service this time. 3 kids is enough for me though.

I have provided every single information that i have asked for to get the permanent residence, the lady told me that everything is fine with my documents, and then after a few weeks ago i have got a letter saying i have provided a little evidence, i have tried to call them also write an email, i havent got a response, and got told that i am not going to get the permanent resident card...I have paid for the nothing. Not helpful, hard to communicate aswell.

Renewed mine and my husbands Passports via our local Post Office on 1st July, Received both Passports back on 11th July by Secial Courier. This was fantastic and a very quick service. Well done everyone, 1st Class service.

Unbelievable staff. From the security guards right though to the passport officers, everyone was so nice and helpful. Passport renewal for my daughter which we only realised when at the airport and I managed to get a renewal within 48hrs. Thank you!! Amazing service. Hope you enjoyed the chocolates!

Thank you to everyone at the office for sorting out my friend's emergency passport yesterday. The staff were all so understanding, helpful and professional. We appreciate everything you did. From handing in proof of payment to receiving the passport took less than an hour. I want to add another review, I was back at the passport office 3rd August 2021 with another friend who drove up from Hampshire to sort out his passport. He had received appalling treatment in the London office - he needed the passport to travel to attend a funeral. Again the staff were very professional and caring we had the passport within 4 hours. Thank you to everyone who helped. We very much appreciate it.
