Great local with exceptional service customer care. I needed to purchase some incontinence products the assistant took me to the shelf to show me the options giving her opinion of the best buy .Bravo boots great to see and experience good old fashioned quality service

I’ve been a reoccurring pharmacy patient of this store for around three years and specifically Claire the pharmacist and store manager Hannah were the best I’ve ever dealt with!.. Claire was “Super” efficient and quick and Hannah went far above and beyond to help me through some extremely difficult and challenging times..sadly they have both moved on to different stores in the past three weeks and it has been profoundly noticeable!.. Nikita the new pharmacist is on top form and has a great manner in dealing with people and the sole staff member who stands out as being on his A game..it is a very busy store and serves a large area in Crosby and Waterloo but the organisation and efficiency could be vastly improved upon!..it shows how three top level staff members can carry a whole team but now two are gone it’s on one to uphold the store all in...4 1/2 Stars ⭐️ for the past..2⭐️ For the current performance but Nikita alone deserves 4 1/2 for his efforts! Fingers crossed for an desperately needed improvement ASAP! 🤔🧐😩😫😤😰
