Doesn't even deserve one star!!!!! will be emailing royal mail themselves today to take further action. Blonde woman with glasses is an absolute disgrace every time i have been in the shop. First time i went into the shop i came out in tears by this woman after being spoken to like SH** in front of a whole line of customers and her glancing over to college and rolling eyes at me, tried talking down to me. i am a customer and deserve to be spoken to with respect!! then today i went in and was spoken to appallingly again, not having this deserves to be fired sick of this treatment seen her do it to other people as well. absolute disgrace

Not very good customer service. Could even call them rude. I have found no problem with the service itself, but the staff there have zero manners or people skills. You're treated more like a nuisance than like a customer.

5/ 5

I use this post office several times a week with many parcels and to use other services they provide. I have never received any but professional customer service from all of the staff that work here even at extremely busy times. I have been present on several occasions to witness the staff receive verbally offensive and rude behaviour from customers generally just because they've had to queue for a couple of mins or because a payment card didn't work. I have even seen them receive abuse after trying several times to customer why they can't accept a certain item because it hasn't been prepared correctly or item is prohibited . I would most definitely recommend this post office and the staff who work there for their excellent customer service.

Customer service is absolutely disgusting. I go here quite regularly as it is the closest post office to me and the women in there are always rude and intentionally unhelpful. Today the so-called manager swore at me at the top of her lungs and called me an "arrogant little b****" because I finally had enough and asked for her name. For the record, I just expect some relatively speedy customer service, which they are being paid to provide. If you don't want to be reported then do your job properly. Unprofessional, unacceptable and would give minus ratings if I could.

Went in to post an item that I'd sold online, I was dealt with by the lady with glasses on and short dark/red hair. She incorrectly entered the postcode, I only realised this when buyer confirmed when I sent the postage receipt. So I went back and confirmed she had entered it wrong which she denied and lied that the proper postcode didnt exist! She claimed the parcel had already been collected so she was unable to correct it.(probably another lie). I get stressed pretty easily and was visibly upset and frustrated and she basically told me to 'stop that crying', as if I was a child being told off! Why on earth would you treat a customer who is obviously distressed in that way, and more so is not the one at fault? It seems she's yet another one who can't take being told she's made a mistake and goes off on the defensive, and I can see I'm not the only one who shares this sentiment. Will be taking my complaint further

The ladies who work at this post office are wonderful, very polite and helpful. I don't know how they put up with rude people who have a go at them. I couldn't keep being polite if it was me. These ladies are a credit to the post office.

1/ 5

I've got to be honest, I've held off making this review just in case the staff were having a bad day/s. However the lady with the red hair and glasses, (Joan? I could be wrong with that name) is a very rude and unhelpful person. I used to go to this Post Office quite regularly as a Ebay seller however each time she would have a go at me saying there's no such thing as second class tracked, so I said second class signed. The next time I went in 'no such thing as second class signed, it's second class tracked'. It was a constant cycle like this for months- all whilst getting spoken to awfully. How I heard her speaking to other customers is shocking. Surely this isn't allowed? I've avoided this post office for weeks, recently went in to send a parcel using a old Very package however I sellotaped over the word very and she point blank refused to take it. She said 'the post man will think that's for Very and take it all the way there'. So I said that's fine, he'll see the address on the there and realise the mistake and where it's meant to go. So I insisted she post it but again she point blank refused. My partner took it to another post office and they were lovely, agreed that it was ridiculous and the parcel arrived to the receiver 2 days later without issues. I'm no longer going here - it literally ruins your day and leaves you feeling awful, which is ridiculous! The Post Office opposite the Royal Hospital have absolutely lovely staff and is relatively close by if you're looking for another one to visit.
