During the Christmas period, they hired temporary Christmas staff to post the letters and they were useless. They posted my letters to the other neighbour's house and even to the other houses. They don't even read the address and the house number properly. They should go to Specsavers for an eye test or get sacked. Postman Pat does a better job than these temporary Christmas staff.

Worst courier/ customer service On 27 November i checked the tracking for my parcel and it was showing that they were unable to deliver the package because i didn't was at home, the worst thing is that they didn't leave any card. So at first hour on the morning i was at the post office and surprise i can't take my package because i don't have an white card. On the tracking page is showing that i have 2 options but you don't have any real one, the guy from post office said he cant give me the package now because i need to wait for an white card even if on their site is showing that i can take the package. Updated on: Tuesday 27 November 05:53pm Available for Collection or Redelivery Sorry, we tried to deliver your parcel on 27-11-2018 but there didn't seem to be anyone in. Please choose an option below.

The website displays the opening times 7am - 5pm with the usual "changes due to Covid etc" disclaimer at the top of the pagebut, with no details of the change of opening times. It wasn't until I arrived at the DO that I saw several signs showing the opening times as 7am - 9am. Perhaps the website could be changed to reflect this? I wasted £6 in taxi fare. I'd have happily been there for 7am this morning if I'd have known. Many companies both large and small have made some last-minute changes to their websites, perhaps Royal Mail could do the same?

Last weekend I was expecting a delivery between 7:00am and 13:00pm. I was in all morning expecting a knock at the door to sign for a special guarenteed delivery. I was in the house downstairs when I heard the post being delivered - I then saw a letter saying that they'd missed me !? Not once did they knock on the door and for something to be delivered . The letter said 11:00 which I was still in the house. I then got a taxi to the delivery office where I had to collect the parcel which was meant for a special guarenteed delivery. On the parcel the postman/postwoman put down 11:20. Shocking service. No apology when I picked it up. Not impressed.
