Horrendous experience, Mrs bought a bed here because we were in desperate need of one.
They delivered it unfortunately it couldn't fit upstairs because it won't come apart, now I accept that we lose the money for delivery and the cost of taking the bed back.
However the guys delivering the bed told us to come to the shop and get a refund, which we attempted to find that the shop was shut.
Now we finally get there on Monday and they give us £150 in credit? A credit note for a charity shop? I don't think so.
We want our money back, this is an utterly ridiculous practice and you people should be ashamed of yourselves.
I want our money back.
I'll be informing every single person of the practices of this store, the archaic nature of their refund policy.
We have every right to our money back and I want this sorted.
Don't waste your time shopping here.
