House of CB liverpool

A big thank you to the staff of Liverpool House of CB, in particular Olivia who gave us fantastic service when we came in to look for a birthday dress for my daughter on 5th January. My daughter is 5ft tall, an XS and finds it really difficult to source clothes that fit her well. Olivia was really helpful in assisting her to try on different dresses and actually suggested the style that was a perfect fit and her eventual choice. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all and Olivia made some great suggestions re accessories. It was great that other staff (I think it was Lauren) also took an interest in helping give constructive feedback that helped narrow her choice down from three well fitting dresses to the final choice. Overall, this was a great experience, thank you. I am sure she/ we will be back soon!

We are not sure why but the staff's behaviour was totally unacceptable. Accusing your customer for stealing only because they miscalculated the number of dresses. We are sorry to say that, but from our top choice shop you managed to reach the bottom. The rudeness was something that will never be forgotten.

I recommed they should implent a new system for "safety" rather than accusing a client for stealing only because carries a luggage.. Not to mention the service prior to that.. (Waiting in the changing if someone will eventually assist me doing the back zips) No one ever did! That's why I had to rush to catch my train ..
